Services. Utah Property Inspection provides Roof Inspection, HVAC Inspection, Electrical Inspection, Plumbing Inspection, Foundation Inspection, Property Inspection and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://propertyinspectionspanishfork.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Utah Property Inspection or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under UT law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in UT for any related dispute.
Term Changes. Utah Property Inspection may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
